Skinects.com: Déjà vu all over again?

Skinects.com describes itself as a “Matchmaking site for your skin”: that is, you create a profile about your skin issues and it spits out recommendations.   Its “chief matchmaker” is cosmetics chemist Ni’Kita Wilson, who was an expert for YouBeauty.com, the site promoted by the ubiquitous Dr. Oz.

Hasn’t this been done before?  Doesn’t mySkin.com do the same thing?

  1. Hello! I came across your blog and just wanted to comment that what’s unique about Skinects.com is not just the product recommendations but the overall experience. The goal of Skinects.com is to bring fun back to Skincare and not take everything so serious while still learning about your skin and interacting with others who share the same passion.

Thank you for visiting and I invite you to visit again as we have been making modifications to enhance the experience!
